Since she joined ODS in 2005, Denise has been an outstanding member of the Marketing and Sales team. She has significantly grown our individual book of business and been instrumental in the development of our product suite that has been very successful in the marketplace.
Her contribution and effort was recognized internally earlier this year when she was awarded Representative of the Year for 2008.

Following an act passed by Congress in late 2007, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), a governmental organization that oversees Medicare and Medicaid plans, is now requiring that all health insurance companies nationwide collect Social Security numbers for certain medical plan subscribers and their dependents.
