Pharmacy:
Choose whether you’d like to include outpatient prescription reimbursement coverage in your plan.
Know before you go
Short term insurance can be a lifesaver, but there are a few things you should know:
- Short term medical plans don’t cover everything an ACA plan does
- Pre-existing conditions are NOT covered
- There is no provider network so you could be subject to balance billing
Short term plans are a great way to bridge gaps between more permanent coverage, and we encourage you to make sure the details of our plans fit your needs.
The benefit maximum payable by Moda Health is $1,000,000 per member per policy.
All plans also include accidental death benefits, which vary by state.
