2023 Title Night: Raising awareness on and off the court
Each year, Moda Health partners with the Trail Blazers to spotlight a local nonprofit during a special game night at the Moda Center. We dedicate this night to celebrate the organization’s mission and the positive impact their work has on our community.
Everyone deserves a home
On February 26, Title night is supporting JOIN PDX. For the past 30 years, this local nonprofit has worked on the front lines of homelessness in our community. To date, JOIN PDX has helped over 15,000 people find their way back to housing. JOIN PDX does this by working day-in and day-out to look for, secure, and maintain permanent housing for those in need.
Through personal relationships and the power of local partnerships, JOIN PDX focuses on two goals: get housed and stay housed.
Every week, JOIN PDX helps an average of 25 people move off the streets and into permanent housing

Turned his life around
Homeless at a young age, Andrew turned to a life of crime to survive. With JOIN PDX’s help, he has a place to call home and has turned his life around.
Grateful for safe housing
Caught in unsafe living conditions, Juli was close to giving up. JOIN PDX helped her find a safe and secure apartment to get back on her feet.
The power of connection
JOIN PDX’s Outreach Workers engage homeless men, women and children sleeping on the streets in Portland.
